Purpose of the Position:With the growth of G4 reactor business, more and more G4 projects are coming, so one dedicated mechanical engineer is going to be hired to meet the business requirement.Day to Day Responsibilities:The Mechanical Engineer is an individual who will be mainly responsible for the design activities at variable stage (for example, concept design, basic design, detailed design) of G4 projectThe engineer will be responsible for developing equipment technical documentation for each G4 project, looking for potential vendor and bidding, and clarifying technical view to the vendorThe engineer will be responsible for the installation/commissioning activities of equipment in the field of supplier and the troubleshooting of equipment in the customer siteDevelop equipment drawing or 3D drawing if required by projectOther assignments from the leaderProject involved with:All G4 reactor projectsEducation & ExperienceBachelor degree or above major in chemical process or engineering, mechanical discipline background is a plus.Working experience in chemical design company at least for 5 years, involved in or lead 10 projectsRequired Skills Written and Oral language skills vital – English, ChineseFree to travel – 50% in nationalGood command of office software, excel, CAD software (including 3D drawing)Be familiar with GB Code or standard related to mechanical disciplineDesired SkillsProfessional drawing drafter is a plusCareer Development Opportunities Process knowledge developmentProject management developmentOpportunity to transfer to sales people
