Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing and tooling design or equivalent;

本科（含）以上学历，机械制造或相关专业

Min. 3 years working experience in machining process related; Skilled stamping mould for auto plate and be familiar with CAD software

三年以上机加工相关工作经历；熟练的汽车板材冲压模具，熟练使用相关CAD软件；

Be familiar with GD

精通形位公差及工程制图；

Be familiar stamping process and the solution of common defects

熟悉冲压成形工艺及常见产品缺陷的解决方法

Good teamwork spirit and positive work attitude

良好的团队合作精神和积极进取的工作态度；

Excellent computer skills and MS office

熟悉运用电脑及Office办公软件

English communication skills both speaking and writing

英语沟通能力在口头和书写上



Responsible/ Efforts/ Working Conditions职责和工作条件:



Automotive stamping process analysis of product, price and tooling
对汽车冲压件进行工艺分析，对产品以及模具进行估价；

Participate in tooling die design concept buyoff and responsible for follow, tryout, till to buy off;

参与模具设计方案规划及设计审核工作，负责模具进度跟踪、调试以及直至验收；

With the relevant parts of the product engineer production process and delivery schedule to monitor

配合产品工程师对相关零件的生产过程和交货进度实施监控；

At start of a project stage, to tooling supplier risk assessment, price review and cost control

在项目开始阶段、对模具供应商风险评估、价格审核和成本控制；

Coordinate to solve the problems of the products and mould, and relevant problems

协调解决产品和模具方面的问题、以及相关问题；

Work out related process documents

编制相关工艺文件；

Work within the guidelines of the Cosma China Associate Handbook
